1, Mobile Number: This mobile number should not be registered earlier with IRCTC in any personal or agent ID. You have to use a fresh mobile number never used before in IRCTC.
2, Email ID: You must provide a unique email ID for the IRCTC agent registration, and again this email ID should also not be used before in any IRCTC ID.
3, PAN Card: You have to provide the scan copy of the PAN card number, and this PAN number should not be used before in any IRCTC personal ID. But if you have used the PAN number in any agent ID, you can use the same PAN number to register for another agent ID.
4, Address proof: The person who is willing to register as an IRCTC authorized travel agent must provide both office and residential address proof, and if the agent wants to run the business from home, then he can provide only a residential address to get IRCTC agent login ID.
5, Aadhar Card: The applicant must have a valid aadhar number. His mobile number is duly registered because, after successful registration of IRCTC agent login, the agent is bound to do the e-KYC. The OTP for e-KYC is only received on the mobile number, which is attached with aadhar card.
