4, Address proof: The person who is willing to register as an IRCTC authorized travel agent must provide both office and residential address proof, and if the agent wants to run the business from home, then he can provide only a residential address to get IRCTC agent login ID.
5, Aadhar Card: The applicant must have a valid aadhar number. His mobile number is duly registered because, after successful registration of IRCTC agent login, the agent is bound to do the e-KYC. The OTP for e-KYC is only received on the mobile number, which is attached with aadhar card.
