Terms: Per month minimum 70+ pan applications are compulsory for every PAAM branch, otherwise account has been terminated.
Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a ten-digit alphanumeric number issued by the Income Tax Department (ITD) under the provisions of section 139A of Income Tax Act, 1961. It is mandatory to quote PAN by the taxpayers while making payment of taxes and filing income tax returns. Also, it is mandatory to mention PAN for various financial transactions.
NSDL e-Gov has been entrusted by ITD for acceptance and processing of PAN applications. NSDL e-Gov accepts PAN applications through its nationwide network of TIN-FCs & PAN Centres spread across India. NSDL e-Gov has also provided a facility to submit PAN applications online on its website www.tin-nsdl.com.
PAN applications are required to be furnished using ITD notified forms along with the supporting documents prescribed under Rule 114(4) of Income Tax Rules, 1962.
Application for reprint of PAN card or change or correction in PAN data can also be submitted through TIN-FC or PAN Centres or Online.
An acknowledgement receipt is issued to each applicant to enable to track the status of application through its lifecycle from acceptance to dispatch. Status of application can be availed using Call Centre or website or SMS facility made available by NSDL e-Gov.

We are very happy to inform you about Mobile App launched by NSDL e-Gov explicitly for our TIN-FC branches & PAN Centers for acceptance of PAN applications in paperless mode. The paperless applications will be based on Aadhaar based e-KYC through Mobile App.
This feature is made available as an Android App to enable our branch users to service their customers within and outside (in camp mode) the branch premises with ease. The branch users can register their existing Android based Mobile/Tablets and start accepting PAN applications in paperless mode.
How our Center is benefitted with this facility:
Process of acceptance of PAN applications through Mobile App is very easy and user friendly;
Ease of use and no separate training is required;
It is completely paperless – No obligation on branches towards collection, storage & dispatch of physical documents;
No separate investment (desktop/laptop, licenses, etc.) required for enabling new user on Mobile;
PAN allotted in few hours (e-PAN sent immediately to customers after allotment of PAN);
Since PAN is allotted in few hours, limited number of follow-ups and grievances;
Improved customer service;
How to download the Mobile APP:
The APP can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Search “NSDL PAAM” on Google Playstore and download the App. The device will have to be registered with your branch admin user ID. For more details, refer TIN Circular No. NSDL/TIN/2021/013 Dated September 02, 2021.

हमारे टिन-एफसी और पैन केंद्रों कैसे लाभान्वित होंगे :
मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से बहुत सरलता से पैन एप्लिकेशन किया जा सकता है;
मोबाइल ऐप को बिना किसी प्रशिक्षण के सरलता से संचालित किया जा सकता है;
यह पूरी तरह से पेपरलेस है – शाखाओं द्वारा भौतिक दस्तावेजों के संग्रह, भंडारण और प्रेषण की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है;
डेस्कटॉप/लैपटॉप, लाइसेंस आदि के लिए कोई अलग निवेश की आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि नए उपयोगकर्ता सीधे मोबाइल पर काम कर सकता है;
आवेदन के कुछ घंटों के भीतर पैन आवंटित हो जाएगा (पैन के आवंटन के बाद ग्राहकों को ई-पैन तुरंत भेज दिया जाएगा);
पैन कुछ घंटों में आवंटित किया जाएगा और इसलिए बहुत कम शिकायतें और फॉलोअप होंगे;

मोबाइल ऐप कैसे डाउनलोड करें:
