Facility for acceptance of EKYC application at PSA level
Facility for scanning of PAN applications and document along with cropping of photo-sign for
The module will be amount based instead of pre-coupon allotted
Amount deposited by PSA will reflect in CSS Ekendra Private Limited
PSA can use the said amount for acceptance of PAN applications with multiple rate including EKYC.
For application accepted with full form entry, lot/batch creation will be done in scheduler activity at PPC ( corporate office) on daily basis
For accepted application report can be generated in the login of PSA

Acceptance of PAN application in Physical mode

Select option for Physical card or E PAN card
Select core field and address documents details
After successful aadhaar authentication wherever applicable, payment
to be accepted as prescribed charges
Continue form filling with other fields of email id/ contact details etc.
After completion acknowledgement copy to be generated with
Application/E coupon and provided to applicant
At end of day application/document to be scanned with cropping of
photo-sign and upload on portal
Submission of physical application along with document to UTIITSL office
is mandatory

Scanning and Cropping of photo-sign Process

After successful generation of acknowledgement, acceptance process get over
Physical application to scanned with ack copy and enclosed document
Scanned document to be stored in pdf format naming with application number
For uploading the document select menu as Document-> upload document
Select option crop and upload against the application number
Upload PDF file (PDF file size not more than 2 MB)
Select photo and click on crop image
Select Signature and click on crop image
Drag and drop pic and sign at correct position and select upload pic & sign file
Application get uploaded with document and photo sign data

Acceptance of PAN application in Digital Mode

It is applicable for Individual category only
Select option for Physical card or E PAN card
Mobile number updation with Aadhaar is required as multiple
OTPs are sent during transaction
Additional Provision in PSA module for aadhaar authentication
process with OTP as well as biometric process
Applicant’s presence with his mobile is mandatory which is
registered with UIDAI
No physical document submission is required
(In case of Aadhar authentication failure either through OTP/
biometric then application can be submitted through Physical Mode
along with documents)

Lot creation and edit of application

For application accepted with full form entry lot batch creation
will be done in scheduler activity at PPC DOIT on daily basis
For application accepted with incomplete process lot batch creation
won’t take place
Till Lot creation PSA User can edit the application except core field
matched with aadhaar
Date wise application number to be matched with collected

Refund Process for incomplete application

For Physical mode application at PSA-

The user has to select the physical application mode alongwith the option of ‘e-PAN only’ or ‘e-PAN with physical PAN Card’.
On successful Aadhaar authentication, the user has to complete the application till the application number gets generated.
In case application is not completed, the payment will be refunded by end of the day through the system itself
In such case PAN processing fees not to be accepted from applicant.

Refund Process for incomplete application

For Digital mode application at PSA-

It is complete OTP/ biometric based activity.
Ekyc application process to be done in presence of applicant only
In case of non receipt of OTP/ form filling not completed /technical error application number will not get generated.
In such case PAN processing fees not to be accepted from applicant
These pending cases can check further with reference number under option as pending application and can moved further for processing in presence of applicant
